Delivery Policy

Last updated 27 October 2026

Everything in the shop is a digital download. Nothing physical is shipped, and there are no shipping costs.

How you get your files

• As soon as your payment goes through, you see an order confirmation page with your download link.
• You also get an email with the same link, sent to the address you gave at checkout.
• Each product downloads as a single zip file. Unzip it and open the Start Here file first.

Download limits

Each download link works up to 5 times within 30 days of purchase. Please save the files somewhere safe, such as your computer or cloud storage, when you first download them. If your link expires, email hello@theaubi.com with your order number and we will send a new one.

The Coaching Practice OS

This product is a Notion template. Your download includes a Get Your Template file with the link to duplicate it into your own free Notion account.

What you need

A free PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader, Word or Google Docs, and Excel, Google Sheets or Numbers. Some products also include PowerPoint files, which open in PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides or Canva, and the Coaching Practice OS needs a free Notion account.

If something goes wrong

No email? Check your spam or promotions folder. Still nothing, or a file will not open? Email hello@theaubi.com and we will sort it out, usually within two working days.
