Terms of Sale

These terms apply when you buy a digital product from the shop at theaubi.com. By placing an order you agree to them. They are written in plain language; if anything is unclear, email hello@theaubi.com before you buy.
1. Who you are buying from
The shop is run by Syeda Aliya, trading as The AUBI Studio, a sole proprietorship. Payments are processed by our payment partner. Depending on the partner, it may act as the seller of record for your payment, appear on your card statement, and add any sales tax or VAT that applies where you live.
2. What you are buying
Every product is a digital download: workbooks, templates, spreadsheets, slide decks or a Notion template. Nothing physical is shipped. Each product page lists exactly what is included. Please read it before you buy.
3. Prices and payment
- Prices are in US dollars and are shown on each product page and at checkout.
- Your bank may charge a currency conversion or foreign transaction fee. We do not control this.
- You pay once. There are no subscriptions or hidden charges.
4. Delivery
Your download link appears straight after payment and is also emailed to you. See the Delivery Policy for details.
5. Refunds
Because you get immediate access to digital files, all sales are final. If a file is missing, damaged or will not open, we will send you a working copy. See the Refund Policy.
6. Your license
When you buy a product you get a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own coaching business. You may:
- fill in, edit, print and adapt the files for your own business, as often as you like
- share your completed pages with people who help you, such as your assistant, designer or developer
You may not:
- resell, share, give away or upload the blank files, in whole or in part
- put them in a shared drive, course, membership or group for others to use
- claim the products, their frameworks or their design as your own, or use them to create a competing product

7. Ownership
All products, text, designs and layouts are owned by The AUBI Studio and protected by copyright. Buying a product gives you the license above, not ownership of the content.
8. No guaranteed results
The products give general guidance on running a coaching business. They are not legal, financial, tax, medical or mental health advice. Examples, names and numbers in them, including those of Marisol Reyes, are fictional. Your results depend on your offer, your market and how you use the products, so we cannot promise any particular outcome, number of clients or income.
9. Our liability
We take care to make the products accurate and useful, but they are provided as they are. As far as the law allows, our total liability to you for any product is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have by law that cannot be limited.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version shown when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the place where The AUBI Studio is registered, as shown in the contact details below. If you are a consumer, you also keep any protections the law where you live gives you.
